USB Flash Drive manufacturer and designer Flash Drive Direct has put forth an environmental assesment green paper on the positive impact that the use of computer peripherals called Flash Drives have on the environment. A power consumption saving of over 500% detected. Energy Star designation and TCO 2008 Certification awarded to flash drive design firm Flash Drive Direct.
